Hey guys! So I'm Jane, 20, Florida native. I decided to start this blog as a lifestyle change. I've always been heavy set, but it's never really bothered me. I've decided to change my habits and what I do with my life to slim down. Please note, I am NOT doing this because I want to fit into the way society says what women should look like. I already believe I am beautiful, if not in the conventional sense. I love myself the way I am and do not let other people tell me how I should live my life. I am doing this because I want to live a healthy life. Simple as that. Which means this isn't a crazy diet or exercise routine. This is something I plan to set up, follow, and re-evaluate for the rest of my life. I will share the guidelines for what I plan to follow in my first post.
